- Maybe I arrived on a bad day but the reception staff were not friendly at all, in fact rather blunt and slow about checking me in. - I have been to two christmas parties in the Westin. We hired out the ballroom which is gorgeous. The food was served very fast and they left enough time between courses so we weren't really stuffed.
