- Lovely surroundings and good food. I went for a Sunday Carvery because I was hangin together, it was pretty good quality in fairness, and I hear good things about their other food options. Very busy on a Sunday which did nothing for my head, but I felt better after the food.

- I had lunch here in the Knights Bar one cold winters day. It was very welcoming with a roaring fire and warm wooden interiors. It looked like it was part of the original hotel. I didn't have a full meal but the sandwiches we ordered were enough for more than two and weren't too expensive.
